We at Friends of the Napa River continue to be involved in two key projects touching on our river through the heart of the City of Napa.

 

First is the Napa “Living River” Flood Control Project. Several Board members and Advisory Board members have been actively involved in reviewing and offering suggestions for the upcoming flood prevention work along the river.

 

Second is the proposed “Napa RiverLine” project, which is a transformative community initiative designed to enhance access to and enjoyment of the Napa River. We at Friends have been involved from the initial stages and positive progress is being made.
